Who we are

HyGaar Tech Service Private Limited ("Hygaar", "we") is a company registered in India, with its registered office at 20th Floor, Commerz II, Oberoi Garden, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063. This policy covers all Hygaar products, including:

• Hyclinics (preconsole.hyclinics.com): websites, content, social publishing and visibility reports for clinics.
• HyWrite (console.hywrite.com): audits, content enrichment and publishing for businesses in any sector.
• Hygaar Ads: the content generation service used by our other products.

Our customers are businesses. When a business uses our products, it decides what content is created and published; we process that information on its behalf.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, business email, phone number, the organisation and businesses you manage.
• Business information you provide: services, opening hours, addresses, team profiles, photos, videos, documents and other material you share for content.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, we receive the account or Page ID, name, username and an access token that the platform issues to us. We never see or store your passwords.
• Post results: counts such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves for posts we publish for you. We read counts only; we do not read the text of comments or any private messages.
• Website and audit data: public pages of your website that you ask us to audit, and results of searches we run to measure how visible your business is.
• Usage and security logs: sign-ins, actions in the console and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Health information. Hyclinics is built for marketing content. Clinics must not upload patient-identifying health information, and we design our features so that it is not needed.

How we use information

• To create, review and publish content that you or your team approve, to the accounts you connected.
• To show you how your posts and website perform, and to improve future content for you based on those results.
• To run audits and visibility reports for your website.
• To provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

We use AI providers to generate text and images. They receive only the business information needed for the content being created, under agreements that do not allow them to use it to train their models.

Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we use the permissions you grant only to: list the Pages and Instagram accounts you manage so you can choose one; publish posts you have approved; and read performance counts for those posts. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and stored separately for each business. We do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect at any time from the console or from your Facebook and Instagram settings; see Data deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: the social platforms you connect, to publish your content; service providers that host our systems, send email or provide AI generation, under contract; and authorities where the law requires it.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each business's data is kept separate. We keep information while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, its token is deleted immediately. When your account closes or you ask us to delete data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, disconnect social accounts, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to amy@hygaar.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
