Agreement
These terms apply to Hygaar products, including Hyclinics, HyWrite and Hygaar Ads, provided by HyGaar Tech Service Private Limited, Mumbai, India. By using a product you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. A signed order or agreement with us takes precedence where it differs.
Your account
Keep sign-in details secure and give access only to people who work for your business. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
Content and approvals
- Our products suggest content using AI. Your business reviews and approves content before it is published, and is responsible for what it approves, including medical, legal and pricing claims.
- You confirm you have the rights to material you upload and the consent of anyone who appears in it.
- Do not upload patient-identifying health information or unlawful content.
- You own your content. You give us a licence to use it only to provide the service to you.
Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, we publish on your behalf through their official interfaces. You must follow each platform's terms. Platforms can change or limit features, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
Fees, suspension and ending
Fees are as agreed in your plan or order. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk. You may stop at any time; on request we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Liability and law
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
